Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa that the attached Developer' s Agreement is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk of Tiffin, Iowa, are hereby authorized to execute the attached Agreement. 6t" On the day of December, 2016, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Havens introduced RESOLUTION NO. 2016- 076, A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE DEVELOPER' S AGREEMENT FOR WOODFIELD RIDGE — PARTS SIX & SEVEN, TIFFIN, IOWA, and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Ryan, Nays: None. Absent: Kahler. Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that RESOLUTION NO. 2016- 076, A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE DEVELOPER' S AGREEMENT FOR WOODFIELD RIDGE — PARTS SIX & SEVEN, TIFFIN, IOWA, to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 6t" Passed by the City Council on the day of December, 2016.
