RESOLUTION NO. 2016-059 A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR AMENDMENT TO THE PLANNED AREA DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS PARK RIDGE Whereas, The City has received a preliminary plat and Planned Area Development ("PAD") request, and; Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it typically holds a public hearing prior to amending an Ordinance; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set a Public Hearing for October 4, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. On the 20th day of September, 2016, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution NO. 2016-059, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR AMENDMENT TO THE PLANNED AREA DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS PARK RIDGE and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Kahler. Ayes: Kahler, Upton, Havens, Ryan Nays: Bartels Absent: None. Whereupon Five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution NO. 2016-059, A RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING FOR AMENDMENT TO THE PLANNED AREA DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS PARK RIDGE to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
