Onthe5th dayofJuly, 2016, ataregular meeting oftheTiffin CityCouncil, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson _____ introduced RESOLUTIONNO.2016-041,ARESOLUTION SETTINGTHEDATEFORTHEPUBLICHEARINGFORANORDINANCETO AMENDTHEPROVISIONSOFTHEPLANNEDAREADEVELOPMENTDISTRICT OFTHETIFFINZONINGORDINANCE andmade amotion forapproval. Whereupon _____ Council members were present andvoted approval andMayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTIONNO.2016-041,ARESOLUTIONSETTING THEDATEFORTHEPUBLICHEARINGFORANORDINANCETOAMENDTHE PROVISIONSOFTHEPLANNEDAREADEVELOPMENTDISTRICTOFTHETIFFIN ZONINGORDINANCE tobeadopted and signified hisapproval ofthesame byaffixing hissignature thereto.
