RESOLUTION NO. 2016-011 A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO UPDATE C2-B (COMMUNITY BUSINESS DISTRICT) BUSINESS LISTING TABLE Whereas, The City realizes that the business listing table for the C2-B district is not an all-inclusive listing of possible businesses, and; Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it is in the best interest of the City to have the business listing table accurately reflect current zone uses; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to set a public hearing for this Ordinance Amendment for February 16, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. On the 2nd day of February, 2016, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2016-011, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO UPDATE C2-B (COMMUNITY BUSINESS DISTRICT) BUSINESS LISTING TABLE and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Havens, Kahler, Bartels, Upton, Ryan Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2016-011, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO UPDATE C2-B (COMMUNITY BUSINESS DISTRICT) BUSINESS LISTING TABLE to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
