January 7, 2016 City of Tiffin Mayor and City Council 300 Railroad Street Tiffin, IA 52340 RE: Planning and Zoning Recommendation for the Urban Renewal Plan Amendment Dear Mayor and City Council, The Planning and Zoning Commission met on Wednesday, January 6, 2016, to discuss the City’s Urban Renewal Plan Amendment. After discussion of the plan, the Commission voted in favor that the plan amendment is in compliance with all of the City’s general and comprehensive land use plans.
