MINUTES PROVIDING FOR FINAL CONSIDERATION AND ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICT FOR THE 2016 ADDITION TO THE TIFFIN URBAN RENEWAL AREA 436989-15 (Final Consideration and Adoption) Tiffin, Iowa February 16, 2016 The City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, met on February 16, 2016 at seven o’clock p.m., at the Tiffin City Hall Council Chambers, in the City. The Mayor presided and the roll was called showing members present and absent, as follows: Present: ____________________________________________________________ Absent: ________________________________. The Mayor announced that, on January 19, 2016, and on February 2, 2016, the Council had given initial and second consideration and had adopted an ordinance entitled “Ordinance No. 2016-380 An Ordinance Providing for the Division of Taxes Levied on certain Taxable Property in the 2016 Addition to the Tiffin Urban Renewal Area, Pursuant to Section 403.19 of the Code of Iowa.” It was moved by Council Member __________________________ and seconded by Council Member __________________________ that the aforementioned ordinance be given its final consideration and that it be adopted. The Mayor put the question on the motion and the roll being called, the following named Council Members voted: Ayes: ____________________________________________________________ Nays: ________________________________. Whereupon, the Mayor declared the motion duly carried and declared that said ordinance had been given its final consideration and has been adopted.
