MSA could prepare conceptual designs once MidAmerican determines whether the high- pressure gas line near the tunnel would conflict with opening the tunnel. Following that determination, MSA would evaluate the cost of constructing the wing walls and an ADA-compliant trail. Six options were presented, each offering different connection alternatives. G. Update on the City of Tiffin’s Capital Projects Discussion: North Park Road construction is scheduled to begin in the spring. The Recreation Center remains on schedule, with completion anticipated by the end of 2026. The Water Treatment Plant is projected to be completed by the end of September 2026. H. Update on Clear Creek Amana’s Capital Projects Discussion: The Middle School project will begin this spring and is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2027.
