Ayes: Jo Kahler, Mike Ryan, Al Havens, Jim Bartels, Peggy Upton Nays: None Absent: None Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the introduced Resolution No. 2015-112, RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF WOODFIELD RIDGE – PART FIVE, A SUBDIVISION OF TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
