RESOLUTION: 2015-085 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLACEMENT OF STOP SIGNS ON THE CORNERS OF LILAC STREET AND POTTER STREET. WHEREAS: a request has been made to place a stop sign heading east onto Lilac Street out of the R&A Condo Development. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: THE City Council approves the request to place stop signs at all corners of Lilac Street and Potter Street due to Potter Park access at this intersection. On this 24th day of June 2015, at a regular meeting of Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Council person Upton introduced Resolution 2015-085 A Resolution approving the placement of stop signs on the corners of Lilac Street and Potter Street and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Council person Kahler. AYES: Upton, Kahler, Bartels. NAYS: None Absent: Ryan, Havens WHEREUPON, Three votes approved, Mayor Berner declared that Resolution 2015-085 Approving the placement of stop signs on the corners of Lilac Street and Potter Street. be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
