RESOLUTION NO. 2015-063 A RESOLUTION Approving Rathje Construction Pay Estimate #2 for Ireland Avenue South of Highway 6 for the amount of $288,877.45 Whereas, The City has received the initial pay estimate for the Ireland Avenue Project from Rathje Construction; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve the initial payment to Rathje Construction in the amount of $288,877.45 for the Ireland Avenue Project. On the 13th day of May, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Bartels introduced Resolution No. 2015-063, Approving Rathje Construction Pay Estimate #2 for Ireland Avenue South of Highway 6 for the amount of $288,877.45 and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Havens. Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Upton, Bartels, Havens. Nays: NONE Absent: NONE Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2015-063, Approving Rathje Construction Pay Estimate #2 for Ireland Avenue South of Highway 6 for the amount of $288,877.45 to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
