RESOLUTION NO. 2015-062 A Resolution Approving Pay Estimate #4 from WRH, Inc for 2014 Water & Sewer Extension Project(CCA Schools) DIV III for the amount of $262,368.15 Whereas, The City received confirmation that a phase of the above project has been completed and verification has been confirmed of completion thus far by the City engineer and the contractor, WRH, Inc, has properly submitted a pay estimate for payment. Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve the pay estimate #2 to WRH, Inc for the 2014 Water & Sewer Extension Project DIV III (CCA School) in the amount of $262,368.15. On the 13th day of May, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2015-062, A RESOLUTION Approving Pay Estimate #2 from Cornerstone for 2014 Water & Sewer Extension Project (CCA Schools) DIV II for the amount of $262,368.15 and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Upton. Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Upton, Bartels, Havens. Nays: NONE Absent: NONE Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2015-062, A RESOLUTION Approving Pay Estimate #2 from WRH, Inc for 2014 Water & Sewer Extension Project(CCA Schools) DIV III for the amount of $262,368.15 to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
