RESOLUTION NO. 2015-058 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE LIQUOR LICENSE TO KUM & GO at 101 Village Drive WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will determine the granting of the Alcohol Permit requested by the Kum & Go located with the corporate city limits of Tiffin, Iowa, and; Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the Alcohol Permit for Kum & Go, therefore City Council directs the City Clerk to submit for local authority, approval of permit to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division. WHEREUPON, On the 13th day of May 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa. Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution 2015-058 and made a motion for A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE LIQUOR LICENSE TO KUM & GO at 101 Village Drive WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA. Motion seconded by Council person Havens. Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Upton, Bartels, Havens. Nays: NONE Absent: NONE With FIVE votes of approval, Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION 2015-058 APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE LIQUOR LICENSE TO KUM & GO at 101 Village Drive WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA, by adopted and signed his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
