e RESOLUTION NO. 2015- 043 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THAT THE CITY WILL PAYFOR ELECTRICITY USED BY THE STREETLIGHTS FOR WOODFIELD RIDGE PT- 4. Whereas, The- City received confirmation that the street lights have been installed and completed to the City' s specifications. Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve the street lights in Woodfield Ridge Pt- 4. 8th On the day of April, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2015- 043, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THAT THE CITY WILL PAY FOR ELECTRICITY USED BY THE STREETLIGHTS FOR WOODFIELD RIDGE PT- 4 and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan: Ayes: Joann Kahler, Mike Ryan, Peggy Upton, Jim Bartels, Al Havens Nays: none. Absent: none. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2015- 043, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THAT THE CITY WILL PAY FOR ELECTRICITY USED BY THE STREETLIGHTS FOR WOODFIELD RIDGE PT- 4 to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 8th Passed by the City Council- on the day of April, 2015.
