URBAN RENEWAL PLAN a AMENDMENT , Notice Is Hereby Given: That at seven o' clock, p.m., at the Tiffin City Hall Council Chambers, 300 Railroad Street, Tiffin, Iowa', on April 8, 2015, the City Council of the` City of Tiffin, Iowa, will hold a public hearing on the question of amending the urban renewal plan for the Tiffin' Urban Renewal Area td facilitate the undertaking of a new urban renewal=project consisting of providing tax increment financing support to Big Country Seeds ( the " Company") in -connection with the expansion of the Company' s warehousing facilities.
