The Mayor presided, and the roll being called; the following members of the Council, were present and absent: Present: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Kahler, ° Ryan Absent: None' The Mayor announced that an amendment to the urban renewal plan for the Tiffin Urban ,. Renewal' Area had been prepared, and that it was now necessary to set a date for a public hearing on the proposed amendment to the urban renewal plan.
