RESOLUTION NO. 2015- 029 A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE # 2 TO CORNERSTONE EXCAVATING FOR THE 2014 WATER & SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT DIV II CCA SCHOOL) IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 152, 402. 09 Whereas, The City received confirmation that a phase of the above project has been completed and verification has been confirmed of completion thus far by the City engineer and the contractor, Cornerstone Excavating, has properly submitted a pay, estimate for payment. Now, therefore lie it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin,, Iowa to approve', the pay estimate to Cornerstone Excavating for the 2014 Water & Sewer Extension Project DIV II ( C(; A School) in the amount of $ 152, 402'.09. 11th On the day of March, 2015, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin. City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2015- 029, A RESOLUTION, APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE # 2 TO CORNERSTONE EXCAVATING FOR THE 2014 WATER & SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT DIV II ( CCA SCHOOL) IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 152, 402. 09 and made a motion for, approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Upton. 3 Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Havens, Kahler, Ryan Nays: none. k Absent none. Whereupon five Council members were present. and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2015- 029, A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE # 2 TO CORNERSTONE EXCAVATING FOR THE 2014 WATER & SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT DIV II ( CCA SCHOOL) IN THE AMOUNT OF x 152, 402. 09 to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 11th Passed by the City Council on the day of March, 2015. *' j f W City of Tiffin 4 Steven L..
