2. The City agrees that when the public improvements, facilities and sidewalks required by Section 3 of the Developer's Agreement for Willow Ridge referenced in Paragraph 1, above, have been installed to the satisfaction of the City for the entire subdivision known as Willow Ridge, it will promptly issue appropriate releases of various lots of the subdivision for recording in the Johnson County Recorder's Office. The parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement does not independently create an obligation to install public improvements, facilities and sidewalks other than those specified in the Development Agreement for Willow Ridge referenced in Paragraph 1, above, and, therefore, this Agreement does not constitute a lien on the real estate described in Section 1. SECTION 3. SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS This Agreement shall be a covenant running with the land and inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties, their successors and assigns.
