Said Mortgage records therein that property to be designated as Willow Ridge – Part Three, and legally described on the attached Exhibit “A”. That the undersigned Mortgagee, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 354, Code of Iowa, does hereby consent to the platting of this subdivision by Willow Ridge, L.C. and does hereby release from said mortgage all streets, easements, outlots or other areas to be conveyed or dedicated to the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
