STORM SEWER AND DRAINAGEWAY EASEMENT AGREEMENT WILLOW RIDGE - PART THREE A Portion of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 28-T80N-R7W of the Fifth Principal Meridian THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between WILLOW RIDGE, L.C. ("Owner"), which expression shall include its successors in interest and assigns, and the City of Tiffin, Iowa (the "City"), which expression shall include its successors in interest and assigns. WITNESSETH: It is hereby agreed as follows: For the sum of $1.00 plus other valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Owner hereby grants and conveys to the City an easement for the purposes of excavating for and the installation, replacement, maintenance and use of such storm water lines, pipes, mains, conduits and overland drainageways as the City shall from time to time elect for conveying storm water, with all necessary appliances and fittings for the use in connection with said pipe lines, together with adequate protection therefor, and also a right of way, with the right of ingress and egress thereto, over and across the areas designated as "Storm Sewer" and "Drainage Easement" on the Final Plat of Willow Ridge and referred to herein as "easement areas."
