SECTION 12. SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS This Agreement shall be a covenant running with the land and inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties, their successors and assigns. The City and Developer have caused this Agreement to be signed, in their names and on their behalf by their duly authorized officers, all as of the day and date written above.
