RESOLUTION NO. 2014- 139 A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER FOR THE WATER/ SEWER/ LIFT STATION FOR CCA ELEMENTARY IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 5, 060 Whereas, The City has accommodate the railroad flaggers and get the p"roper insurance necessary for the installation of utilities for the CCA Elementary School; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve the Change Order for the Water/Sewer/ Lift Station for CCA Elementary in the amount of 5, 060 -pending following the agreement of 2/ 3 school and' 1/ 3 city for the expense. 22nd On the day of October, 2014, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2014- 139, A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER FOR THE WATER/ SEWER/ LIFT STATION FOR CCA ELEMENTARY IN THEAMOUNT OF $ 5, 060 and made. a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Petersen. Ayes: Ryan, Petersen, Kahler Nays: none. Absent: Upton, Bartels Whereupon' three Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 20147139, A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER FOR THE WATER/ SEWER/ LIFT STATION FOR CCA V ELEMENTARY IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 5, 060 to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 22nd Passed by the City Council on the day of October, 2014. r City of Tiffin Steven L.
