M RESOLUTION N6. 2014- 070 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINANCIAL AGREEMENT FOR UTILITIES AT TIFFIN ELEMENTARY WITH CCA SCHOOL DISTRICT Whereas, The City is knowledgeable that the CCA School district passed a school bond that includes a new elementary school to be built in th6 Tiffin city limits on Park Road with an opening date of August 2015 and; Whereas the City Council of the Cit Y of Tiffin reco g nizes' that it would like a cooperative relationship with the school district and have agreed upon terms to benefit both parties and showing good will; and Whereas the City and the CCA School District have been working together to arrive at an acceptable finaricial agreement that has deadlines of water installation of 12/ 31/ 14 and sewer installation by 06/ 30/ 15. ' Now, therefore be it .resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve the 'financial agreement for utilities at Tiffin Elementarywith the CCA School District — I SEE ATTACHED LEGAL AGREEMENT. ° On the 11th day of June, at a regular meeting of then City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2014, 070, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINANCIAL AGREEMENT FOR UTILITIES AT TIFFIN ELEMENTARY WITH CCA SCHOOL DISTRICT and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan. Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton Nays: none. i Absent: Petersen Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2014- 070, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINANCIAL AGREEMENT FOR UTILITIES AT TIFFIN ELEMENTARY WITH CCA SCHOOL DISTRICT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 11TH Passed by the City Council on the day' of June, 2014. y City of Tiffin k Steven L.
