RESOLUTION NO. 2014-051 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO SIGN EASEMENT AGREEMENTS WITH THE SCHOOL DISTRICT Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin has approved the purchase of land from Clear Creek Amana Community School District, and certain easement agreements are needed for adjacent property; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa that the attached easements are hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk/Administrator may sign the attached easements, as amended, and any other necessary documents to finalize the sale. On the 23rd day of April, 2014, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan made a motion for approval for A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO SIGN EASEMENT AGREEMENTS WITH THE SCHOOL DISTRICT. Motion seconded by Councilperson Petersen. Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton Nays: none. Absent: none. Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO SIGN EASEMENT AGREEMENTS WITH THE SCHOOL DISTRICT to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
