RESOLUTION NO. 2014 -002 A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER # 2 FOR CITY HALL IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 9, 770 Whereas, Hall and; The City recognizes that changes and updates are necessary to finish City Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that some credits and additions are required to complete said project which will account for an increase of 9, 770; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve change order # 2 for City Hall. On the 08th day of January, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2014 -002, A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER # 2 FOR CITY HALL IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 9, 770 and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Ryan. Ayes: Petersen, Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton Nays: none Absent: none Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2014 -002, A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER # 2 FOR CITY HALL IN THE AMOUNT OF $ 9, 770 to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 08th Passed by the City Council on the day of January, 2014.
