I c y t RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 192 r A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR REPEALING THE ACCESS REGULATION ORDINANCE Whereas, The City recognizes that there will be a contradiction between SUDAS and the Access Regulation Ordinance and; Now, therefore be it resolved by,the City"Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve setting 'a public hearing for 11/ 13/ 13 to repeal access regulation Ordinance. On. the 23rd day of October, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,, Iowa, } Councilperson Ryan' introduced Resolution No. 2013- 192, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR REPEALING THE ACCESS REGULATION ORDINANCE sand made a motion for approval: Motion seconded by Councilperson Upton.
