7 s RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 190 A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT FOR SUDAS Whereas, The City recognizes that occasionally the, City needs to update the building 5 standards and codes and;, 4, Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that SUDAS is a building standard the City would like to incorporate into utilizing for regular practice; Now, thereforebeit resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to' approve setting a, p- ublic hearing on 11/ 13/ 13. for an Ordinance Amendment for SUDAS. 23rd On the day of October, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council; Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2013- 190, A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT FOR SUDAS and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded ` by Councilperson Kahler. n Ayes: Phillips, Upton, Bartels, Ryan, Kahler Nays: none. Absent: none.
