RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 180 t A RESOLUTION. APPROVING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR/ CLERK TO SIGN THE WILLOW RIDGE SEWER EASEMENT AGREEMENT ( OFF SITE) Whereas, The City recognizes that an Easement is necessary for this project and; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council `of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve the Mayor and City Administrator/ Clerk to sign the Willow Ridge Sewer Easement Agreement ( off site). e On the 25th day of September, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2013- 180, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR/ CLERK TO SIGN THE" WILLOW RIDGE SEWER EASEMENT AGREEMENT ( OFF SITE) and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Kahler, Bartels, Upton, Phillips Nays: none Absent: Ryan Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2013- 180, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR/ CLERK TO SIGN THE WILLOW RIDGE SEWER EASEMENT AGREEMENT ( OFF SITE) to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 25TH Passed by the City Council on the day of September, 2013.
