RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 178 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR/ CLERK TO SIGN THE PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT FOR WOODFIELD RIDGE - PART 3 Whereas, The City recognizes that public access easements are beneficial to the City and; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve authorizing the Mayor and City Administrator/ Clerk to sign the Public Access Easement LL for Woodfield Ridge -Part 3. 25th On the day of September, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin,. Iowa; Councilperson Kahler introduced Resolution No. 2013- 1787, A' RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR/ CLERK TO SIGN THE PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT FOR WOODFIELD RIDGE -PART 3 and made a motion Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. for approval. Ayes: Phillips, Upton, Bartels, Upton, Phillips Nays: none. Absent: Ryan Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2013- 178, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY ADMINISTRATOR/ CLERK TO SIGN THE PUBLIC ACCESS EASEMENT FOR WOODFIELD RIDGE - PART 3 to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 25th Passed by the City Council on the day of September, 2013.
