RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 160 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INCREASE IN THE WAGES FOR THE PARKS TECHNICIAN POSITION, NOT TO EXCEED $ 32, 000 PER YEAR Whereas, The°City recognizes that in order to properly compensate and retain a quality employee sometimes there needs to be a wage adjustment made and; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve an increase in the wages for the Parks Technician Position, not to exceed $ 32, 000 per year. 28th On the day of August, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Ryan introduced Resolution No. 2013- 160, A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INCREASE IN THE WAGES FOR THE PARKS TECHNICIAN POSITION, NOT TO EXCEED $ 32, 000 PER YEAR and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton Nays: Phillips Absent: none. Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2013- 160, A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INCREASE IN THE WAGES FOR THE PARKS TECHNICIAN POSITION, NOT TO EXCEED $ 32, 000 PER YEAR to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 28TH Passed by the City Council on the day of August, 2013.
