41. Evaluate and reconsider pipe slop and connection elevations between structure B-1 and F-B-2 to reduce 42.5 fps velocity to below 15 fps. Pipe slope has been decreased as much as feasible without increasing structure depth such that the structure would need to be increased in size and cost. 42. Consider removing TC and GUTTER elevations for proposed outlet structures 1- D-1 and F-B-1. Elevations have been removed. 43. Assuming outlet structures 1-D-1 and F-B-1 are existing, update the structures from PROP to EXISTING. Labels have been corrected. 44. It appears that the roof drain line (8” pipe) encroaches on the public right of way east of Building 14. Revise. Pipe has been shifted. Sheet L100 45. Add note to plans if it is determined that the canopy for trees impede fire lane access, the fire department will provide owner or responsible party to trim trees along the fire lane access. They will have 5 business days to trim or maintain the trees. Note has been added. Fire Submittals and Inspections This is not a complete list, please contact Fire Marshal for assistance. 46. Fire line thrust block shall be inspected by the Fire Marshal prior to burial. See notes sheet C500. 47. NFPA 24 Underground high velocity flush shall be conducted prior to the sprinkler contractor connecting to the fire line. See notes sheet C500. 48. Fire Sprinkler System, (need a flow test within 90-day submittal of fire sprinkler plans.) See notes sheet C500. 49. Permits for fire alarm and fire suppression system. See notes sheet C500. 50. Verify dead end on the west side of building 11 meets fire access requirements. It appears that this dead end is greater than 150 feet long and would require some sort of turnaround. An exhibit has been provided using 150’ hose lay length and 150’ maximum dead end.
