RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 146 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF TWO ( 2) STREET LIGHTS BY ALLIANT ENERGY TO WOODFIELD RIDGE PART 3 Whereas,. Woodfield Ridge plats indicate the installation of two ( 2) streetlights, and; Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that it must notify Alliant to perform the installation; Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve the installation of two ( 2) street lights in Woodfield Ridge Part 3. 14th On the day of August, 2013, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2013- 146, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF TWO ( 2) STREET LIGHTS BY. ALLIANT ENERGY TO WOODFIELD RIDGE PART 3 and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Phillips, Upton, Bartels, Kahler Nays: none. Absent: Ryan Whereupon four Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner declared that the Resolution No. 2013- 146, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF TWO ( 2) STREET LIGHTS BY ALLIANT ENERGY TO WOODFIELD RIDGE PART 3 to be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 14TH Passed by the City Council on the day of August, 2013.
