RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 131 RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER # 1 TO LL PELLING FOR $ 2, 573. 24 WHEREAS: City Council awarded LL Pelling the contract for the 2013 CIP Paving Projects. WHEREAS: LL Pelling has now presented a change order # 1 for removal and replacement of old hydrants in the amount of $ 2, 573. 24. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City Council of Tiffin, Iowa to authorize the Mayor and the City Administrator/ Clerk to approve change order # 1 and sign appropriate forms. 10th At a regular meeting of City Council on the day of July 2013 Resolution 2013- 131 RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER # 1 TO LL PELLING FOR $ 2, 573. 24 was introduced by Councilperson Kahler and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by Councilperson Bartels. Ayes: Phillips, Upton, Bartels, Ryan, Kahler Nays: None Absent: None WHEREUPON with five votes for approval, Mayor Berner now declares Resolution 2013- 131 RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER # 1 TO LL PELLING FOR $ 2, 573. 24 passed and confirms this action by affixing his signature.
