RESOLUTION NO. 2013- 100 A RESOLUTION APPROVING OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT TO THE CASA TEQUILA AUTHENTIC MEXICAN GRILL DOING BUSINESS, AT 119 W. MARENGO RD. WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA. Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and' will determine the granting of the Alcohol Permit requested by the Casa Tequila Authentic Mexican Grill located with the corporate city limits of Tiffin, Iowa, and; Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the renewal of the Alcohol Permit for Casa Tequila Authentic Mexican Grill, therefore City Council directs the City Clerk to submit for local authority, approval of permit to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division. 08th WHEREUPON, On the day of May 2013, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa. Councilperson Bartels introduced Resolution 2013- 100 and made a motion for A RESOLUTION APPROVING OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT TO THE CASA TEQUILA AUTHENTIC MEXICAN GRILL DOING BUSINESS AT 119 W. MARENGO RD. WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA. Motion seconded by Council person Kahler. Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Bartels, Upton, Phillips Nays: none Absent: none With five votes of approval, Mayor Berner declared that the RESOLUTION 2013- 100 APPROVING OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT TO THE CASA TEQUILA AUTHENTIC MEXICAN GRILL DOING BUSINESS AT 119 W. MARENGO RD. WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA, by adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 08th Passed by the City Council on the day of May 2013 and approved by the Mayor.
