CITY OF TIFFIN RESOLUTION NO. 2012 -22 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR SLIM' S TWO DAYS FOR TIFFINFEST LOCATED AT THE CITY PARK OF TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE JULY 13 AND 14, 2012. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa will review and will determine the granting of the Alcohol Permit requested by the TiffinFest Committee to be located at the City Park of Tiffin, Iowa. WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the request and has not discovered any reason to deny the approval of the Alcohol Permit for Slim' s two day one time only permit for TiffinFest. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council directs the City Clerk to submit for local authority, approval of permit to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division. 13th On the of June 2012, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa. Councilperson Ball introduced Resolution 2012 -22 and made a motion for APPROVING OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR SLIM' S TWO DAYS FOR TIFFINFEST LOCATED AT THE 14th CITY PARK OF TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE JULY 13th AND 2012. Motion seconded by Council person Weipert. Ayes: Upton, Bartels, Weipert, Ball Nays: None Absent: Ryan WHEREUPON, with four votes for approval, Mayor Steve Berner declared that the RESOLUTION 2012 -22 APPROVING OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR SLIM' S FOR TWO DAYS FOR TIFFINFEST LOCATED AT THE CITY PARK OF TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE JULY 13 AND 14, 2012, be adopted and signifies his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 13th Passed and approved on the day of June, 2012.
