Unit Price ($1,796.85/EA) is below the unit bid price of the same item ($2,700.00/EA) when compared to a Cedar Rapids project (STBG- SWAP-1187(824)--SG-57) bid in December of 2022. This appears to be the most recent project to use item 2435-0250902 INTAKE, SW-509, WELL ONLY. It should be noted that item 8200 is for the material price of the well section of an SW-509 intake only. This project included a MANHOLE, STORM SWR, SW-401, 48" (WELL ONLY) with a bid price of $3,000.00/EA.
