RESOLUTION NO. 2010- 43 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR SLIM' S LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 14, 2010. Whereas, the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa has reviewed and will determine the renewal of the Alcohol Permit requested by the business establishment known as " Slim' s" located within the city limits of Tiffin, Iowa. Whereas, the City Council has not discovered any reason to deny the renewal of the Alcohol Permit for " Slim' s". City Council directs the City Clerk to submit for local authority, approval of permit to the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division. 15th On the day of September 2010, at a special meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa. Councilperson Mike Gericke made a motion for APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE ALCOHOL PERMIT FOR " SLIM' S" LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA EFFECTIVE October 14, 2010. Seconded by Council person Travis Wepert.
