F' CITY OF TIFFIN IOWA RESOLUTION 2010- 42 A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE 2009- 2010 FISCAL YEAR ANNUAL CITY STREET FINANCIAL REPORT AS REQUIRED BY IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION BY SEPTEMBER30, 2010 Whereas the Code of Iowa, Chapter 312, Section 14 requires the submission of this report by September 30, 2009. In accordance with Section 312. 15, the Iowa Department of Transportation must certify to the State Treasurer each, city not complying with this section of the Code, and once notified, the State Treasurer will withhold funds allocated to the city until the city complies. Whereas this report provides the Iowa Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration with a documented record of street receipts and expenditures for cities. 15th Whereby on the day of September 2010, at a -regular City Council meeting, of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Jim Bartels introduced A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE 2008-2009 FISCAL YEAR ANNUAL CITY STREET FINANCIAL REPORT AS REQUIRED BY IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION BY SEPTEMBER 30, 2010, and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Chris Ball. Ayes: Chris Ball, Jim Bartels, Mike Gericke, Mark Petersen, Travis Weipert Nays: None Absent: None WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE 2008- 2009 FISCAL YEAR ANNUAL CITY STREET FINANCIAL REPORT AS REQUIRED BY IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION BY SEPTEMBER 30, 2010, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. 15th PASSED, by the City Council of Tiffin on the day of September 2010, and approved 15th by the .Mayor on the day of September 2010.
