RESOLUTION 2009- 17 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF ANNUAL CIGARETTE PERMIT TO CASEYS GENERAL STORE #, 2667, TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA WHEREAS: Casey' s General Store # 2667 has submitted application and required payment to the City of Tiffin, the local jurisdiction as required by Iowa Code, for,the 2009- 2010 cigarette permit renewal effective July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010, AND WHEREAS: the said application appears to be in proper order and has been Is signed by an authorized. individual representing the entity applying for permit and' required payment is accepted by City Clerk of Tiffin, Iowa, AND WHEREAS, the authorized signing individual states that they hereby bind themselves to a faithful observance of the laws governing the sale of cigarettes and tobacco products within the boundaries of Tiffin, Iowa, a NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Tiffin, lowa, that the City Council hereby authorizes the issuance of the 2009 ANNUAL CIGARETTE PERMIT TO CASEYS GENERAL STORE # 2667. On this 10th day of June 2009, at a regular meeting of Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Council person Jim Bartels introduced A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE 11 ISSUANCE OF ANNUAL CIGARETTE PERMIT TO CASEYS GENERAL STORE # 2667 and made. a motion for approval.
