ACQUISITION DESCRIPTION: A part of Auditor's Parcel 2002077 in the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 80 North, Range 07 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Johnson County, Iowa as recorded in book 44, page 327 in the office of the Johnson County Recorder, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the West Quarter Corner of Section 28, Township 80 North, Range 07 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Johnson County, Iowa; thence S 01°06'28" E along the West line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 28 a distance of 434.95 feet to a point on the South right of Way Right of U.S. Highway #6; thence S 83°54'15" E along the said South right of way line a distance of 210.26 feet; thence continuing along said South line 599.65 feet along a 12825.30 foot radius curve, concaved Northeast, whose 599.65 foot cord bears S 83°46'31" E; thence S 83°38'31" E along said South line a distance of 21.57 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S 83°38'31" E along said South line a distance of 59.32 feet; thence S 51°21'29" W a distance of 21.21 feet; thence N 83°38'31" W a distance a 28.32 feet; thence N 38°58'31" W a distance of 21.21 feet to the point of beginning containing 629.90 sq. ft., more or less, and subject to all easements and restriction of record.
