WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE ENTERING INTO OF A CONTRACT FOR CODIFICATION OF CITY ORDINANCES WITH IOWA CODIFICATION, INC., AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENTS ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACT, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
PASSED, by the Council on the 17th day of October 2007, and approved by the Mayor on the 17th day of October 2007.
