BIGELOW SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION ' TO TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA AND AUTHORIZING THE ENTERING INTO OF THE SUBDIVIDER' S AGREEMENT, and made a motion for approval.
