RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 44 RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE AND PLACEMENT OF ROCK DRIVE FOR ACCESS TO PROPOSED WATER TREATMENT PLANT WHEREAS, on this 10 day of Decembei"-003, the City of Tiffin desires to improve k the access to the site of the proposed Water Treatment Plant location in preparation for the development for the new Jordan Well. WHEREAS; it is approved to purchase rock for the purpose of building an access road and, WHEREAS, it is approved to hire Iowa City Excavating to assist the city in clearing and grubbing the site for location of the drive, and to haul rock for placement on -the drive to the, proposed Water Treatment Plant. WHEREAS, these items will be paid for through the Water Treatment Plant Project FS- 52- 01- DWSRF- 022. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City of Tiffin, that the above mentioned items are hereby approved for said project.
