Resolution No. 2 0 0 3- 35 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO NEGOTIATE FOR PURCHASE OF PROPERTY AS DETERMINED DURING CLOSED SESSION b WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin City Council has considered during special session of the Tiffin City Council the purchase of certain property; k AND WHEREAS, it is necessary that the city be represented in this proceeding to acquire said parcel; THE CITY DOES HEREBY, authorize certain city officials to negotiate for purchase of property as discussed, considered and decided during Special Session of the Tiffin City Council.,. 1St On the day of November, 2003, at a Special Meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Shaffer introduced A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO NEGOTIATE FOR PURCHASE OF PROPERTY AS DETERMINED DURING CLOSED SESSION, and' made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson HnPr3Pnnh 1 Aye: Shaffer, Dil"s, Huedepohl, and Gericke Nay: None Absent: Bartels Whereupon, the Mayor declared that the RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO NEGOTIATE FOR PURCHASE OF PROPERTY AS DETERMINED DURING CLOSED SESSION, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. st Passed, by the Council on the 1 day of November, 2003 and approved by the Mayor on the 1St day of November, 2003.
