RESOLUTION NO. 1995-16 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY ENGINEER TO INSPECT, APPROVE, AND RELEASE TIFFIN EAST SUBDIVISION AS TO THE SUBDIVIDER'S AGREEMENT RECORDED June 28, 1995, IN BOOK 1924, PAGE 13, RECORDS OF THE RECORDER FOR JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA. AND WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin, entered into a Subdivider's Agreement with Clarence Sewell and James Stetzell, dated June 8, 1994, recorded on June 28, 1995, in Book 1924, Page 13, records of the Recorder for Johnson County, Iowa; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA, that the city engineer, Mike Hart, or his representative that he may appoint from time to time, is hereby authorized to inspect, approve, and release Tiffin East Subdivision as to the Subdivider's Agreement, recorded June 28, 1995, in Book 1924, Page 13, records of the Recorder for Johnson County, Iowa. ON THE 12th day of July, 1995, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Council person Bartels introduced a RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY ENGINEER TO INSPECT, APPROVE, AND RELEASE TIFFIN EAST SUBDIVISION AS TO THE SUBDIVIDER'S AGREEMENT, RECORDED JUNE 28, 1995, IN BOOK 1924, PAGE 13, RECORDS OF THE RECORDER FOR JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Kern. Ayes: Morgan, Bartels, Brown, Kern, and Stratton Nays: None Motion carried. WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY ENGINEER TO INSPECT, APPROVE, AND RELEASE TIFFIN EAST SUBDIVISION AS TO THE SUBDIVIDER'S AGREEMENT, RECORDED JUNE 28, 1995, IN BOOK 1924, PAGE 13, RECORDS OF THE RECORDER FOR JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, be adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
