CITY OF TIFFIN IOWA RESOLUTION NO. 1993-17 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT FOR TIFFIN EAST SUBDIVISION, TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA. WHEREAS, Glenn A. Swenka, owner and subdivider, has filed an application for approval of a preliminary and final plat of Tiffin East Subdivision, with the City Clerk of Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa; and WHEREAS, said subdivision is located on the following described property: See Exhibit A, attached hereto, and incorporated herein; and WHEREAS, the Tiffin City Planning & Zoning Commission has recommended that the plat be approved; and WHEREAS, the City desires to signify its approval said plat and subdivision; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa, that said final plat and subdivision located upon the above-described real property are hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk of Tiffin, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to execute all legal documents, upon approval of the City Attorney, related to said subdivision, and so supply a copy of this Resolution to the Office of the Johnson County Recorder. ON THE 8th day of September 1993, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Council person Morgan introduced a RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF TIFFIN EAST SUBDIVISION and made a motion for approval. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Stratton. Ayes: Brown, Bartels, Stratton, and Morgan Nays: Motion carried.
