RESOLUTION NO. 1993-26 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING BUILDING PERMIT AND INSPECTION FEES FOR TIFFIN, IOWA WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin regulates buildings within its corporate boundaries; and WHEREAS, the City incurs certain costs in the inspection of construction and approval of building permits, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA, that the City Council of the City of Tiffin hereby approves the rates for building permit and inspection fees attached hereto and marked "Attachment A" to Resolution 1993-26, and the same are made a part of this Resolution as if set forth fully herein. The same shall constitute the fee schedule for building permit applications and inspections for the City of Tiffin until such time as the City Council shall, by subsequent resolution, make such changes it may deem appropriate from time to time. On the 8th day of December, 1993, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Brown introduced the above-captioned resolution, and made a motion for approval of the resolution. The motion was seconded by Councilperson Kern. Ayes: Kern, Bartels, Brown, Morgan Nays: Absent: Straton The motion carried. WHEREUPON, the Mayor declared that the RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING BUILDING PERMIT AND INSPECTION FEES FOR TIFFIN, IOWA be adopted and signed his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
