Thence westerly along said northerly right-of-way line 60.36 feet to a right-of-way rail (recorded as 60.00 feet radially distant northerly from centerline station 186+51); Thence N4°33'E, 14.7 feet along said northerly R.O.W. line to a 5/8" rebar set 75.0 feet radially distant northerly from said centerline; thence westerly along the said northerly R.O.W. line 154.4 feet along a 71,056.0 foot radius curve concave northerly which chord bears N85°23' 1/2"W, 154.4 feet to a 5/8" rebar set 75 feet normally distant northerly from centerline station 184+92.9; thence N85°19' 1/2"W, 78.1 feet along said northerly R.O.W. line to a 5/8" rebar; thence N85°19' 1/2"W, 298.5 feet along said northerly R.O.W. line to a 5/8" rebar set 75 feet normally distant northerly from centerline station 181+15.9; thence westerly along said northerly right-of-way line to a point wherein said northerly right-of-way line intersects with the current city limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, said point being located 150 feet north, more or less, of the point which is the northwest corner of a 21.92 acre parcel, the survey of which by Thomas Anthony is recorded in Plat Book "28", at Page 38, of the Johnson County Recorder's Office; thence south along the current city limits of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, 150 feet, more or less, to the northwest corner of the said 21.92 acre parcel; which is also a point on the southerly right-of-way line of said U.S. Highway No. 6; thence southeasterly 343.37 feet, along said southerly right-of-way line, on a 41,205 foot radius curve, concave southeasterly, whose 343.17 foot chord bears S85°31'49"E to P.T. Station 181+15.9; thence S85°19'30"E, along said southerly line, 377.00 feet; thence southeasterly 222.46 feet, along said
