DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION PROPERTY A parcel of land in the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 28, Township 80, North, Range 7 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Johnson County, Iowa, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a standard concrete monument found at the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of Section 28, Township 80 North, Range 7 West, of the Fifth Principal Meridian, and for the purpose of this legal description a straight line between said monument and standard concrete monument found at the southeast corner of said Section 28, is assumed to bear S00°01'21"E; thence S00°01'21"E, along said east line 866.95 feet to its intersection with the centerline of US Highway No. 6, at centerline station 189+91.8, in accordance with the warranty deed to State of Iowa, recorded in Book 326, at Page 212, of the records of the Johnson County Recorder's Office; thence northwesterly 282.94 feet, along said centerline on a 131.00 foot radius curve, convex northeasterly, whose 282.94 foot chord bears N85°36'46"W; thence S00°17'41"E, 75.00 feet, to an iron right-of-way rail found on the southerly right-of-way line of said Highway No. 6, which is recorded as the northwest corner of Lot 2 of Hoyt's First Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 20, at Page 41, of the records of said Johnson County Recorder's Office, which point is also the northeast corner of a 21.92 acre parcel, the survey of which, by Thomas Anthony, is recorded in Plat Book 28, at Page 38, of said Johnson County Recorder's Office, and which point is the point-of beginning; Thence north 00°17'41"W, 150.00 feet, more or less, to the northerly right-of-way line of said Highway No. 6;
