This ordinance shall be in effect after its final passage, approval, and posting as provided by law. On the 18th day of June, 2024, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Olney introduced Ordinance No. 512, and moved that it be given its first reading. The motion was 2024- seconded by Councilperson Havens. Ayes: Havens, Olney, Orris, Schnedler, Limkemann. Nays: None. Five members being present and having voted " Aye", of the Council Mayor Tim Kasparek declared the motion carried, and Ordinance No. 512,was read the first time, discussed, and placed on record. 2024- On the 2nd day of July, 2024, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Limkemann introduced Ordinance 512,and moved that it be given its second reading. The motion No. 2024- was seconded by Councilperson Orris. Ayes: Schnedler, Limkemann, Havens, Olney, Orris. Nays: None. Five members being present and having voted " Aye", of the Council Mayor Tim Kasparek the motion carried, and Ordinance No. declared 512,was read the second time and discussed and placed on 2024- record. On the 16th day of July, 2024, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Orris introduced Ordinance No. 512,and moved that it be given its third and last reading. The 2024- motion was seconded by Councilperson Havens. Ayes: Limkemann, Havens, Olney, Orris, Schnedler. Nays: None. Five members being present and having voted " Aye", of the Council Mayor Tim Kasparek declared the motion carried, and the ordinance was passed and adopted. Whereupon the Mayor declared that Ordinance No. 2024-512 be adopted and signified his approval of same by fixing his signature thereto.
