CITY OF TIFFIN ORDINANCE NO. 2023- 503 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, TO REZONE 3287 IRELAND AVENUE NW ( TIFFIN WEST) FROM R -1E to C -2B, AND FROM R - 1E TO M- 1, WITH REZONING AGREEMENT, IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, AND AS LEGALLY DESCRIBED HEREIN BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA: Section 1. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the officialzoning map of the City of Tiffin, Iowa, concerning 3287 Ireland Avenue NW ( Tiffin Heights West) Tiffin, Johnson County, Iowa, attached hereto and incorporated herein. Section 2. Amendment.
